Dear Colleagues,
in part 1, the examination of the histologic slides will be performed with this digital platform. In order to allow candidates to become familiar with the digital system, please review the examples using the link below. Once you are on the examination platform, press the “Start” button to access the training slides.
Mouse navigation is intuitive and user-friendly; the scroll wheel is recommended for magnification. The sections can be rotated using the bar in the lower left corner, and specimen brightness can be adjusted via the right-side bar (“Color Adjustment”). Using the left button in the top bar (“Expert View”), the information line can be hidden. The image can be further enlarged by activating full-screen mode in the left sidebar.
For the examination in Frankfurt, the clinical and other relevant information for each case will be provided together with the questions on the handed-out examination sheet, on which the answers are to be written.
